Crew 204's Lemonade Stand Fundraiser

Crew 204 had a both at a plant sale. Some of us worked at our lemonade stand to raise money for our Crew and others helped volunteer. The boys helped load fertilizer and such into cars. I was a "Plant Wrangler". I pulled red wagons full of plants to peoples cars for them. We were very happy to have raised over $100!!
I took a few pictures of the pretty flowers.

The next two will actually attract butterflies :)

Mom and Kehns come to visit

Hanging out at mom's house. We were watching movies on the big T.V. without a couch. Behind them you'll see what Nana was really up to....Homework!! what a good student.

Klaus and Elijah in Nana's kitchen

Family dinner at the Mootz's house.
Klaus was interested in my shoes. I hope they didn't smell too bad. He actually walked really well in them for a while before investigating the smell.
Klaus enjoyed the center piece at the Mootz's. He enjoyed blowing out the candles just like Liam does every Wednesday.
Some one doesn't need a V8. Very studious Nana finishing up her homework.
Both Kehn boys were being good eaters!
We went to a symphony at the pavilion with the Kehns, the Mabiles, Nana, Zach and I. They were performing the planets. Elijah thought the music was scary. Elijah must have been confused and thought he was going to a heavy metal concert with those tattoos on his shoulders. They say mom and then nana. Uncle Zach was the artist. Keep in mind it was pretty dark out there.

This is when Elijah told me that him and Zach were best buds. That's why they sat on the same side of the table at double daves.

Family Weekend at the Kehns

We went to eat at the coffee house and went to see the aligator

And look who crawled out of the pond to say hi....how creepy....they normally don't even move if we see them at all.

The boys were playing outside on the bikes.
My three nephews how cute!

Rockport Fishing Trip

I went to fish at Rockport for the weekend with Zach's family and the dogs. This is the coast and the pier right in front of our water front cottage.
Pictures of Zach and his mom behind him trying to get a good picture of the sunset

My handsome husband :) !
My shots of the sunset.

The Fulton Mansion was right next to our cottage. They had a wedding there Saturday night (hence the big white tent).

A little tunnel under the stairs. How cool.
You can see the trees bending to the right from the winds. It wasn't actually windy at the time they just grew that way.
Funny story, Zach, his mom and I were walking the three dogs around this yard you see in the above picture when they saw a squirrel. Zach was holding the two dogs that started racing toward me and after the squirrel. Each dog took a different route on either side of me causing Zach to crash into me as we stumbled closer to the squirrel thanks to the very ambitious dogs.

This was called : THE BIG TREE. It was enormous. We took a few pictures in front of it that zach's mom took, but we didn't stay long because the place was literally swarming with mosquitos. Luckily we had mosquito repellent, but it was still unnerving and they were all over the dogs. Poor babies.

These next few pictures I took for mom. It is so hard to get a dog (especially Tara) to stay still long enough to take a picture.

So thoughtful....
Her tail is so cute!

Looks like our favorite hairstylist is expanding to the restaurant industry.
Can you believe, an oriental restaurant that supports the Saints!!
They all fit in the Fit with one of the back seats up!! My car is amazing and so are these pups.
In order from left to right: Annie, Tara, and Raider.

And this was my catch the only time I fished. Zach casted it for me, handed me the pole and it started tugging. Good enough for me. Zach's mom and I spent most of the time taking walks and enjoying the views of the ocean.

Tara's Head band

Tara loved the Guatemalan head band. She looks so regal.
Don't worry Emily if you are reading this. The head band you gave me from Guatemala is in great condition and was not given to Tara except for this picture.
This is what she did when I told her she had to take it off because it was mine not hers. ;)
jk, she was just yawning.

A Night in the Forest

This Saturday I volunteered to help out Friends of Texas Wildlife. They help out hurt animals and give them a second chance.

I brought along Raquel and Roel to help out too. We all ended up working at the little kid games.
That is them helping the boy in black play golf. The balls stuck to the felt "golf course". Later we switched to a tic-tac-toe game with tennis balls. While no one was in our line we were entertained by Raquel juggling the balls. We tried to play toss, but I wasn't too good at catching.
This was BUBBLE RUNNERS. You were suppose to experience life as a hamster.
This is one of the kids zipped up in the plastic ball (I thought that was bad!) and then they used a leaf blower to inflate it. There was a long line for this the whole time. I want to do this for my birthday!!!

Zach and Dan came buy and bought this lovely pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. I picked out the gourds and cleaned off the dining room table so we could arrange this center piece.
